Alessandra Del Felice is a clinician in the area of Neurorehabilitation and she is responsible for the Neurorehabilitation, Spasticity and Dystonia Treatment Outpatient Clinics at the Neurology Clinic of the University Hospital of Padua. Her basic training has been as a neurologist, with a special interest in neurophysiology and neurorehabilitation, and holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Her current research area allows her to draw on her experience and skills in neurophysiology to improve methodology and outcome measures in this important area of rehabilitation. Her broad network of national and international collaborations and partnerships with Engineering Departments and SMEs ensures a robust knowledge exchange and provides access to cutting-edge technological and computational resources to achieve these objectives. She directs the Laboratory of Rehabilitation, Neuroscience, and Technologies (ReNeT Lab) and leads the "Robotics and Neuroscience" working group at the Padua Neuroscience Center. She is a member of the Lancet Commission on Neurorehabilitation, of the International Stroke Recovery and Rehabilitation Alliance, and a founding member of the European academic organization for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (UniPMR). She serves on the Editorial Board of IEEE Open Journal of Engineering in Medicine and Biology
